Atmosphere

Descending from street level into a compact and well stocked bar, the restaurant to the rear is small but not cramped, with an atmosphere reeking of Italy. Wonderful smells emanate from the open-plan and easily viewed kitchen area.

Food

Exquisite, mouth-watering. Good sized potions of well prepared, authentic Italian dishes. Good selection of vegetarian options. Excellent seafood and pizza to die for.

Drink

Good selection of wines and beers.

Service

Attentive but not intrusive. Helpful and friendly, even when busy (which seems to be most of the time).

Price

Good value for money. Around Ł20 a head for a three course meal.
