Atmosphere

One word decribes The Buttery, decadent. Take a step back in time to old school class and sophistication. The atmosphere in here is tranquil and soothing.

Food

Probably the best qauilty of produce you will find in Glasgow, with an almost obessesion like attention to sourcing of foods and presentation. Steaks that melt like butter and the freshest fish you will taste, accompanied with different and interesting ways of serving. Cannot be beat on qaulity and taste, every time.

Drink

Excellent wine list, though not cheap. Have a brandy in the small intimate bar area before being shown to you table.

Service

Service of the highest standard you will find. Waiters who know the menu inside and out, can recommend, tell you exactly what is in everything and how it tastes. Excellent

Price

This is amoung the most expensive restaurants in Glasgow, but its worth every penny

Overall

Wonderful experience. Everyone should try The Buttery.
